Information for Authors

Submission:

The authors are invited to submit papers in the fields and subfields of information science and computing to the journal office through  e-mail :() as an attachment  or using the online submission form. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Manuscripts should be in English. They should be written clearly and concisely in a MS Word File (downloadable sample) and should be submitted along with the corresponding pdf file (downloadable Sample) and a cover letter (downloadable sample).

Every effort will be made for fast editorial and review process. Reviewers and handling Editor will be asked to get a paper reviewed within one month of submission. Further details about publication policies can be found in 'policies' page of this site. In order to preserve a high quality of this journal, the Editorial Board may wish to set some rules from time to time.

Copyrights for articles published in this journal are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. Article are published in open access mode and distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. The publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. It is the author's responsibility to bring an infringement action if so desired by the author.

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis) and are not currently under consideration by another journal. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication has been approved by all the other coauthors. It is also the authors' responsibility to ensure that the articles emanating from a particular institution are submitted with the approval of the necessary institution, and that, if accepted, will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher. The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.

Processing Charge:

There is no submission and review charges. However, we encourage for minimal charges (USD 100) from contributors of an accepted article from their research grant/institution to meet partially the post acceptance production and hosting expenditures as well as for sustainable growth of the journal. Article processing charge is not mandatory for all articles as we do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
